CRM platform developed over 3 months during my end-of-studies internship at Soft Concept, a Lyon-based software publisher specializing in survey solutions (satisfaction, social barometers, HR surveys)

📝 Overview

Elphicom is a French company specializing in telephony and operator services. This CRM efficiently manages: clients and prospects, contracts and associated documents, call and intervention tracking.

• HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Internal tools:
  • Net-Survey: questionnaire creation
  • Ethnos: survey data analysis
  • Web Reports: application development and deployment

🗂️ Application structure

• 📇 Clients and prospects: view, edit, delete (only for prospects)
• 📃 Contracts: color-coded status (expired, to monitor, active), renew or removal
• 📞 Calls: manage history with date, contact, reason and follow-up actions
• 📑 Document library: Word, Excel, PDF files...

⚙️ Additional features

• 📑 Detailed client records: contact, SIRET number, linked applications (Zendesk, Forest)
• 📋 Field intervention reports via Mobi-Survey (offline mode)
• 👥 Manage users (Administrator, Supervisor, Sales)

📈 Usage

The application is used daily by around twenty collaborators for client follow-up and commercial and technical management.
